1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.

2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online quotation process. As part of our online system you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the items you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we process the order. We will send you an order confirmation by email. When we process the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where materials are not available;
(b) where we are not satisfied that you are able meet our existing payment terms;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
2.4 In relation to any order placed via this website, Tulway Engineering Ltd will not accept any responsibility or be held liable in respect of client supplied design/specification errors.

3. PRICING
3.1 Our prices do not include VAT.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically to account for fluctuation in material costs.
3.4 The prices quoted on the date of application will be valid for a period of 30 days.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 No cancellation of the whole or any part of any order, where it is an order by instalment or otherwise by the buyer is permitted except where agreed in writing in advance by the Director of Tulway Engineering Ltd.
4.2 An order once placed may not be cancelled unless authorisation has been given as specified in condition 4.1 and provided that the following conditions are satisfied:-
4.2.1 Cancellation requests must be received within 48 hours of placement of order.
4.2.2 You can notify us by email at enquiries@tulwayengineering.co.uk or alternatively telephone/fax or written requests are deemed acceptable.
4.3 Where an order is cancelled by agreement:-
4.3.1 In every case an administration charge will be made.

5. LICENCE
5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
(a) No documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
(b) No graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and
(c) Any copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
